Every puppy that leave our place is currently on vaccinations, deworming, and the new family is given a hard copy of all important health documents. The puppy is guaranteed to be in good health which has been verified by a state licensed veterinarian. The 1 year health guarantee guarantees against any genetic disease/disorders. They customer(buyer) shall provide proper nutrition, vet care, shelter, and exercise, along with socialization and obedience. In the event you puppy is found to have any genetic disease/disorder with in the first year you will need to provide Trainside pets with a veterinary statement of diagnosis, diagnostic results, and any treatment recommended. Upon confirmation of a diagnosis a replacement puppy of equal value/breed or a refund will be given. Trainside pets may request that 2 certified veterinarians confirm the same diagnosis. Trainside Pets is not responsible for reimbursement for veterinary expenses, reimbursement for air transport or return, external parasites, such as ticks, fleas, or ear mites, or internal parasites, such as intestinal worms, or their effects (as internal parasites are a normal occurrence in dogs of any age and do need to be regularly treated for them).
